Description of Development

The subdivision proposal includes the following components:

  • The creation of twenty nine (29) General Industrial (Torrens title) allotments.
  • The creation of two (2) Rural (Torrens Title) allotments.
  • The creation of one (1) road widening allotment.
  • The creation of one (1) drainage reserve allotment.
  • The creation of one (1) for stormwater management allotment.
  • The creation of two (2) lots suited to accommodate servicing infrastructure; and,
  • Subdivision works, including road construction and servicing connection.

The development is Integrated Development under Clause 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the following additional approvals are required:

The Application requires the approval of NSW Rural Fire Service – s100B Rural Fires Act 1997 – Bushfire Safety Authority.

The subject Development Application and supporting documentation are on display from 4 February to 13 March 2026 at the following locations during the following hours:

Any person may lodge a written submission during the exhibition period concerning the Development Application. If the submission is an objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission.

Written submissions may be made and will be received up until 5pm 13 March 2026.

Under the Environmental Planning Assessment Act, a person who makes a public submission to Council in relation to a development application is required to disclose the reportable political donations and/or gifts (if any) made by the person making the submission, or any associate of that person, within the period commencing two (2) years before the submission is made and ending when the application is determined.
